Payment of your bill:
The final payment has to be done at latest at the Check-in table. For settling your Holiday Apartment account we accept only cash in EUROs. Atm's machines are available taking VISA / Mastercard with pin number. Alternatively you can make an advance payment to our bank before you arrive.
Reservation are definite:
Reservations are definite when we receive a deposit per holiday apartment. You can send it by bank transfer. Please note that we cannot take bank transfer fees. More information to the bank accounts you will get from this e-mail adress firstname.lastname@example.org
The Austrian Hotel Contract is the basis for all reservations. At late arrival or earlier departure the entire amount of your reservation will automatically be charged.
Please note that the cancellation costs are independent of the subleases in any case due.
For a short stay holiday up to 3 days we calculate Euro 5,- per person and day supplement. Court Silz.
Travel Insurance & Covid19-related measures
Cancellation - in case something happens:
Cancellation sounds annoying. And it is also - for all. A pity is, if someone cannot come and rooms remain free, although others would have liked to come. On the other hand, something can
intervene. We do not offer free cancellation of the booking within 14 nights after accepting the contract.
These are our cancellation terms:
• until 31 days before arrival you have no cancellation fees
• from 30 to 7 days before arrival there is cancellation fee of 70 %,
• from 6 days before arrival until arrival day there is a cancellation fee of 90 %,
• from arrival day or at later arrival or earlier departure the entire amount of your reservation (= 100 %)
will automatically be charged.
The day of cancellation is the receipt of the written (email) cancellation declaration.
What happens in case of a statutory closure „Lock-Down“?
If there is a statutory closure, a short-term cancellation is possible. For a down payment, we either create a voucher for a later stay, or a refund minus a processing fee of € 50.00.

Complete a travel cancellation insurance
Secure your vacation and take a travel cancellation and interruption insurance. You can take out separate travel insurance with the insurance company you trust.
Our house works together with “Europäische Reiseversicherung AG” in Vienna (www.europaeische.at) and you can conveniently take out insurance with us when booking. They are also English speaking and offer an English Website.
Travel Cancellation Insurance - Hotelstorno plus
Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness since May 29th 2020. More detailed information on this courtesy you will find here.
In the event of cancellation, proceed as follows:
